Recommended Use

Endurance events:
Give 1 × 50 ml dose before the event, then repeat hourly throughout the ride.

Transport and normal competition:
Give 1 × 50 ml dose before transport or before the event, another 50 ml on arrival, and a further 50 ml after the event.

Always ensure fresh drinking water is available.
